Get Rid of Eczema

I have had eczema on my hands for a long time now. It started with my first child. Went away by my 3rd and came back with my 4th. Some say I just need to have more children. Well I have found something that is easier than raising another child. I have decided to take all processed foods out of my diet. I started this journey at 223lbs. I have been doing this for around three weeks and I am now down to 209lbs. I seriously want to party.

I have messed up a few times. I purchased kettle brand potato chips, with sea salt only. About 15 minutes after eating my hands flared up again. I thought I might have that skin rash you get with celiac's disease but kettle says that their chips are gluten free so it can't be that.

It is funny that now that I am cleaner on the inside I can see the results of what I eat in 15 minutes. No more kettle chips for me unless I make them from scratch.

What am I eating you ask. I am eating fresh fruits, veggies, meats, and some dairy. The dairy I consume is basically feta. I use milk in fruit smoothies in the morning but other than that nothing else.

I take greens. As soon as I saw my hands transform back into the blotchy, red, and itchy hands they were 3 weeks ago I ran in and took some greens. Those stopped my flare in it's place. I still have little red bumps that I have to get rid of but they are no longer flared up and itching like they were when they first came. I love my greens!
