
Ingredients
• 1 cup quick cook oats
• 3/4 cup cup oatmeal flour
• 1.5 tsp baking powder
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 cup of agave syrup
• 1/4 cup and like 1 Tbls of peanut butter
• 2 Tbls of sweetened shredded coconut
• chocolate chips (as much as you like)
I don't quite measure because it takes too long so proceed with caution. Mix the dry in a bowl. Mix the wet in a bowl. Mix together. Add coconut and chocolate chips. Spoon 12 spoonfuls on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 10 minutes. Let cook completely and scrape off with care. They were a little tough to get off the pan.
I think they taste like samoas. My hubby doesn't, but loves them the same.
