How to Grocery Shop Your Way to Health
The only thing you have to remember about grocery shopping is to stay on the outside of the isles. Do not walk down an isle and you will be safe. That leaves you with the whole area outside of the isles. You got fruits, veggies, dairy, meat, and the bakery. If you are going to be eating bread it should be the bread that is fresh made from the bakery. It contains half the ingredients as the bread in the isle. And that is actually another thing to remember, less ingredients = healthier choice. So if you must have ice cream go with the one that only has cream and sugar vs the one with a million ingredients that you cannot even pronounce. That is all.
